Ordering & pricing
What do I receive?
A high-quality digital PDF with real, selectable text. Printing, shipping and editable source files are not part of the standard order.
Can I provide my own content and images?
Yes. Provide everything, ask Lilux Publishing to create it, or use a mix of supplied and created material.
When is the price final?
Your browser configuration is only a draft. The server creates the authoritative checkout quote before PayPal opens, and a paid order keeps that commercial snapshot.
How do advertising pages work?
Advertising pages count toward the total page count. You can supply finished ads or ask Lilux Publishing to design them.
Production & timing
How long does it take?
The standard promise is 2–3 days of active production. Queue time and time waiting for required customer information, review or approval are tracked separately.
When does production actually start?
After payment, the required brief must be ready and the project must reach its eligible start time. The Studio then explicitly starts production.
Does waiting for me count as production time?
No. When the project is waiting for customer information, clarification, review or approval, the active production clock is paused.
Review & revisions
Can I request changes?
Yes. Standard orders include one consolidated revision round. Production mistakes do not use that included round.
What is a Scope Change?
If a request materially exceeds the original order, the Studio can separate it into a new quote. You can accept and pay for it or continue with the original scope.
What happens after I approve the review copy?
The project moves to final checks. The final PDF is released only after the Studio completes its QA checklist.
Files & delivery
What file formats can I upload?
The workspace accepts the supported project formats shown by the upload control, including common document, image, PDF and ZIP formats.
How long is the final file available?
Final project files are intended to remain available for at least 90 days after completion. Download and keep your own final copy.
Is the PDF print-ready?
The standard product is a digital edition. We do not market the standard deliverable as a print-ready production package.
Access, privacy & AI
How do I return to my project?
Use Track Your Order and the checkout email address. We send a short-lived, one-time secure access link to your private workspace.
Are my project files public?
No. Customer files, review copies and final deliverables are stored privately and served through authorized application endpoints.
Does Lilux Publishing use AI?
AI-assisted tools may support drafting, research, imagery and editing. Final production remains subject to Studio review and customer approval.
