Service policy

How the service works

A practical summary of what is included, how production time is measured, how reviews work and what happens after final approval.

Last updated 23 September 2026

1. Standard deliverable

The standard product is a high-quality digital PDF with real, selectable text.

  • Digital edition only.
  • Printing and shipping are not included.
  • The standard product is not marketed as a print-ready production package.
  • Editable source design files are not included unless separately agreed.

2. The 2–3 day promise

“2–3 days” means 2–3 days of active production. It does not mean 2–3 calendar days from payment.

Order processing, queue time and periods waiting for your brief, clarification, review decision or approval are tracked separately and do not count against active production time.

3. Content and visuals

You can supply all content, ask Lilux Publishing to create it, or use a mix of both. The same applies to images and visual assets.

Advanced research or other higher-effort options are charged only when selected and are included in the authoritative checkout quote.

4. Page count and advertising

The selected page count is the total PDF page count, including advertising pages.

Finished ads supplied by you do not add an ad-design fee. Ads designed by Lilux Publishing are charged according to the current quoted rate. Advertising claims and permissions remain the customer’s responsibility.

5. Review and revision

When a review copy is ready, it appears in your secure workspace. You can approve it or submit one consolidated revision round included with the standard order.

Revision notes become locked after submission so the Studio has a stable set of requested changes. Production mistakes do not consume the included revision round.

6. Additional revisions and scope changes

If another revision round is needed, the workspace can offer an additional paid round. Requests that materially exceed the original order can instead become a Scope Change quote.

For a Scope Change, you can accept and pay for the additional work or continue with the original scope.

7. Approval and final QA

After you approve the review copy, the Studio performs final checks. The final PDF is not exposed to the customer before final QA is complete.

Once completed, the project is marked delivered and the final PDF becomes available in your workspace.

8. Secure access and messages

Use Track Your Order with the email address used for checkout. We send a short-lived, one-time secure access link to your private workspace.

Normal messages do not pause production. A formal clarification request may pause active production until the required information is provided.

9. Files and availability

Customer files, review copies and final deliverables are private. Final files are intended to stay available for at least 90 days after completion, but you should download and keep your own final copy.

Files that are actively being used in production may not be directly deletable from the customer workspace because the Studio needs a stable production record.

10. Cancellation, refunds and problems

If you need to cancel, contact the Studio as soon as possible. Because the service is custom-made, the amount of work already completed matters when a refund request is reviewed.

If a payment appears duplicated, a final file is unavailable, or something in the delivered work does not match the approved scope, contact us so the issue can be investigated. Mandatory consumer protections always apply.
