1. The service
Lilux Publishing provides custom editorial design and content-production services for digital magazines, brochures and related publications. The standard deliverable is a high-quality digital PDF with selectable text.
Printing, shipping and editable source-design files are not included unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
2. Orders, quotes and payment
Prices shown during configuration are estimates until the server creates the final checkout quote. The checkout quote records the selected scope, price, production-delay snapshot and pricing version used for that order.
Payment is processed through PayPal. An order becomes active after successful payment confirmation. Paid orders keep their original commercial snapshot even if Lilux Publishing later changes its pricing or production delay.
3. Production timing
The standard service promise is 2–3 days of active production, not 2–3 calendar days from payment.
Queue time and time waiting for customer information, clarification, review or approval do not count as active production time. Production begins only when the project is eligible and the Studio starts work.
4. Customer materials and permissions
You may provide text, images, logos, advertisements and other materials for your project. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for Lilux Publishing to use those materials for the requested work.
Please do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or intentionally deceptive material. We may refuse or pause work if a supplied asset creates a legal, security or rights issue.
5. AI-assisted workflow
Lilux Publishing may use AI-assisted tools for drafting, research support, image ideation, editing and production assistance. Automation supports the workflow; it does not replace Studio review or creative judgment.
Where factual, technical, medical, legal, financial or regulated claims matter, customers should supply authoritative source material and review the final copy carefully before approval.
6. Review, revisions and scope changes
A standard order includes one consolidated revision round. Production errors do not consume that revision round.
Additional revision rounds may be purchased. Requests that materially exceed the original scope can be separated into a Scope Change quote. You may accept and pay for that additional work or continue with the original agreed scope.
Approval of a review copy moves the project toward final checks and final delivery.
7. Advertising pages
Advertising pages count toward the selected total page count. Finished advertisements supplied by you can be placed without an additional ad-design charge. If Lilux Publishing designs an advertising page, the applicable design charge is shown in your quote.
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and permissions of advertising claims, trademarks and supplied advertising assets.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Because the service is custom-made, cancellation and refund requests are reviewed according to the stage of work already completed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
If substantive custom production has already begun, any refund may be reduced to reflect work already performed and non-recoverable costs, where permitted by law. Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges will be investigated and corrected. Mandatory consumer rights always take precedence over these terms.
9. Final delivery and retained rights
After approval and final QA, the completed PDF is published to your secure workspace for viewing and download. You should download and keep your own copy.
Unless separately agreed, Lilux Publishing retains its pre-existing tools, templates, methods, reusable design systems and editable working/source files. Third-party fonts, stock assets or other licensed materials remain subject to their own licence terms.
10. Availability and third-party services
The service depends on third-party systems including payment and email providers. Temporary interruption of those services may delay payment confirmation, email delivery or access links without invalidating a correctly recorded order.
We aim to keep the service available and to preserve project records, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability.
11. Operator, contact and governing terms
Lilux Publishing is the service name used throughout this site.
Until the public legal contact is configured, use the Help page or your secure project workspace to reach the Studio.
The production version will identify the governing law and operating entity before public launch.
